     •  Distributor License - $1,250 (annually)
     •  Tax Security Bond (approx.) - $400 to $600 (depending
         on credit rating)
     •  Software / Hardware - $500
     •  Presentation Inventory (approx.) - $500
     •  The ongoing Royalty Fee is $460 per month and increases
         five percent annually
